If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order for a refund of the product purchase price, minus any shipping charges assessed as part of the original order.
To receive a refund, please follow
these steps:

- Email: Use the following link to email the [email protected] with your Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Order Number, Items being returned, Condition, and Reason for return.
- Phone: Call us at
651-686-6688, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CT, to arrange your return.
- Return
Timeline:
- We hope you love your purchase for
protecting your plants, but if you don’t, we are happy to issue a refund.
Items must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date.
- Condition
of Items:
- Your returns must be unused, in the state you
received them, and in the original packaging.
- For netting, the net must be in its original form and
not have been opened or deployed. If the net has been opened, we will not
be able to accept the return.
- Non-Refundable
Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for setting up the return
and for the shipping cost. Plantra does not create return labels for
you to use.
- Refund
Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected by our
fulfillment team, your product purchase price and any applicable sales
tax will be refunded in the form of a credit automatically applied to
your credit card or returned via the original method of payment within
7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take an additional 2-10
business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your
account.
