If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a full refund of the product purchase price excluding shipping charges.
To receive a refund we ask the following:
- That you return your item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date.
- That your returns are unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.
- For netting, the net must be in its original form and not have been opened up or deployed. If the net has been opened up we will not be able to accept the return.
- Please contact us 651-686-6688 M-F 8-5 CT to arrange your return. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team, your product purchase price and any applicable sales tax will be refunded in the form of a credit automatically applied to your credit card or returned in the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
